I know everyone gets all excited to make resolutions for the New Year... but I don't think we need to change, I feel like every year everything gets better. But could I go to bed earlier? YES. Should I listen to my body more? YES. Could I do more things to encourage deep rest? Always YES.
That's what the Healthy Habits Challenge is all about. At Yoga Loft we believe in Balance. That's why every February we aim to practice 20 classes over the 28 days of February... not to thrash our bodies for 30/40days straight. No. To develop a consistent practice where we change things up, challenge ourselves when we're feeling strong, and nourish ourselves with Restorative or Chill classes when we feel exhausted. Your practice should support your life off the mat.
If you're on an unlimited Membership you can just sign up on the poster at the top of the stairs and tick off your classes as you go. If signing your name is too much pressure you can always track your classes via your profile. If you're not a member we have an unlimited monthly pass for the month of February for only $250.
