Her classes encourage students move in a way that feels connected rather than rushed — building strength, awareness, and trust in their own bodies. An invitation to slow down and move mindfully. Her Vinyasa classes lean toward the grounded and embodied side of flow — less about performance, more about how it actually feels to be in your body.
