As a lifelong student of the essence of this existence, I stumbled across yoga in my early twenties and never looked back. I practice and offer a suite of traditional and
innovative yogic practices, including asana, meditation, mantra, yantra and basic puja, with a passion for Goddess Aradhana that are simple yet effective.
While my approach pulls from Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Oki, Ryoho, Classical and Shadow yogas, ultimately what is offered emerges from the unique ecologies of that moment. While the practices may look different between classes, the outcome is the same - a reclamation of the capacity for strength and courage which occurs through knowledge, skill and precision transfer, and the intention to
companion you along the path towards that powerful stillness within an enlivened body.
