Siew is a heart-led yogi who loves to practice and teach yoga as a pathway to explore and unite the body, mind and spirit. She appreciates the strength, mobility, and resilience that yoga cultivates in the body and mind, and honours its quieter invitation—to breathe more consciously, to awaken the spirit within, and to live more intentionally.
Her classes weave together mindful movement, intentional breath and fluid flows, creating space for students to move safely and freely; however best serves their unique bodies and energy. Her teaching is trauma informed and human centred. With thoughtful sequencing and compassionate guidance, she encourages students to play, explore possibilities and find both vitality and calm—on the mat and beyond.
