In this 90-minute workshop we’ll explore the powerful balance of core activation and deep restoration. Beginning with Pilates inspired strength work Jess will awaken your core, stabilise your spine, and build functional strength from the inside out. Then transition into a calming sequence of yin yoga, breathwork and nervous system reset practices to bring the body into a state of deep rest and integration.
