Getting down with being UPSIDE DOWN is a beginner friendly workshop focused on getting you used to Inversions.
Often it's our fear of falling (and hurting ourselves) that holds us back from attempting these more challenging poses. This workshop aims to cultivate confidence in your own ability to try these poses- by building your strength & awareness and opening the tighter parts of your body to achieve these shapes.
Whether you're a total newbie or already happy upside down- this workshop will meet you where you're at with lots of support using the wall, partner work and tips to help on your inversions journey.
