Flip Your Perspective: Progressive Your Inversions 

Ready to progress your inversions? Stop kicking up in fear and start balancing with control. Following our beginner workshop 2 weeks prior- Marine will guide you through 2 hours of upside down playtime and is designed to break down the mechanics of inverting into safe, manageable steps. Whether you are worksing on mastering your wall inversions or finding stability in a handstand, you will learn the exact drills, alignment, and mindset shifts needed to fly.

 

What You Will Learn

  • The Blueprint: Master wrist prep, shoulder stability, and core engagement drills.

  • The Poses: Step-by-step breakdowns of Headstands, Forearm Balance, and Handstands and transitions into each of these shapes.

  • The Escape: Learn safe exit strategies to conquer the fear of falling in the middle of the room.

  • The Balance: Use props, walls, and partner spotting to find your true center.

 

Who This Is For

This workshop welcomes adventurous, intermediate practitioners, and anyone looking to refine their technique. Inverting at the wall already is a prerequesite. Come with an open mind and a willingness to play!
