Danielle Barker is a dedicated meditator with 15 years of practice and began her physical yoga journey in 2013. She has completed 800+ hours of Yoga Alliance training and 100 hours of Pilates International Training, shaping a uniquely dynamic and multidimensional teaching style. Drawing inspiration from Ashtanga, Forrest Yoga, Sacred Geometry Vinyasa, Katonah Yoga, and Kundalini, Danielle’s approach blends strength, structure, and energetic intelligence. Through her teaching, she strives to guide students toward a deeper awareness of movement, breath, and the intelligent use of energy.
