Thana is coming back to Sydney for a weekend visit! Everyone is always asking after him so we thought we better run a class to celebrate and everyone who's missed him the last year since he left can come practice and flow together.
He will offer his signature flow-state practice that is all about finding a calm and centered state while executing movements, enabling precise and effective techniques. It's about being fully present in the moment, without the distraction of overthinking or over-reacting.
To Thana the goal of Yoga and movement is to find a state of calm and focus amidst the constant stream of thoughts and sensations. This involves mindful yoga practices and movement meditation, where the focus is on the sensations of the body and the environment.
