4 Week Meditation Course - June

“Stillness & Peace - An introduction to meditation” 

Embark on a 4 week journey to quieten your mind and awaken the heart

This 4 week meditation series is designed to soothe your nervous system, calm your mind and awaken your heart, the intention is that you can walk away with a well rounded meditation practice that will deeply impact your wellbeing. You will learn how to use the breath deliberately to calm the nervous system and cool the mind. We use the power of concentration to sharpen your focus and grow your capacity to be present with what is. Learning to allow and accept the fluctuations of the mind by keeping your attention with the breath. 

Once the mind is still, we can rest in the heart. We will wake up the heart with affirmative intentions and leave you moving out into the world feeling more peaceful, authentic and wholehearted.

The complete meditation practice will entail breath work, “deconstruction” (disidentifying from and disabling thought structures and coming back to presence) and “reconstruction” (growing new thought structures that reflect that innate good that is within you and your heart).

It is recommended to attend for the whole 4 weeks to maximise the impact of the meditations but you can also drop in and out. This course is designed for individuals who are new to meditation or those looking to deepen their practice. Meditation recordings will be provided for your home practice in between classes.

When: Every Sunday 6:45pm-7:45pm, June 9th-June 30th June 

Price: 4 week course $100, drop in $30 each class

Wear loose clothing to ensure you are comfy and feel free to wear your winter socks to stay warm. Bolsters/Blocks will be provided. A mat is not required. 

 The course is facilitated by Clara Guenner @clara_meditation_coaching

Clara recently quit her corporate job at Google to be a fulltime Meditation Teacher and Life Coach, she wanted to dedicate all her time to what she is so deeply passionate about. She has been immersing herself in studying Meditation, Coaching, Yoga and Ayurveda over the last 6+ years. Along the journey, she has been learning so much about herself, her beliefs and patterns and what has been holding her back from living her full potential, a continuous process and evolution.

Her genuine desire is to share from her heart what she has learnt to embody over the years. Through her work, Clara's wish is for more people to free themselves from what is no longer serving them, supporting her clients in cultivating more joy and peace in their lives and offering a way to come back to their authentic self expression.
